    Working directly with individuals and whole families to facilitate increased connection, collaboration, and understanding as it relates to both the school and home environment. Social/emotional experiences, family dynamic, patterned interaction, and unresolved conflict are all areas of offered support. Helping you address real struggles happening in real time to you and your family.

  • Homeschool Design

    Personalized homeschool curriculum development and execution strategies grounded in compassionate structures for self-direction and whole-person growth. Helping you build routines/structures/resources that best support the needs and interests of your child. Especially applicable to unschooling and free schooling structures that aim to address projects and passions, as well as academic fundamentals.

  • Group Circles

    Group Circles are offered to both parents and students (12+). Circles are topic/activity driven and function on 6-12 week cycles. Circles aim to create a social space for individuals to learn new content and receive support from peers and professionals.

  • Mediation

    For those needing a third party to help facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving. A space to ensure that all individuals involved have the opportunity to express authentically and listen empathically.

  • Workshops, Webinars, and Talks

    Professional development delivered to entire districts, independent schools, select departments, etc. Topics include: Trauma-Informed Care; Compassionate Communication; Self-Directed, Whole-Person Learning; Educator Wellness; Neurodivergent Learners.

  • Curriculum Development and Structural Design

    For those that aim to incorporate new content or redesign instruction and assessment that includes increased social/emotional understands and offerings. Support in differentiating and scaffolding instructional plans that address the unique needs of your student body, your teachers, and your community. Addressing the physical classroom space, expectations/requirements of students, facility protocols and policies, community collaborations, and family support services. Helping your learning community cultivate learning structures and resources that optimize the student and staff experience. Also applicable to new programs in development and not yet in operation.
